We do not ship to post office boxes.
Sales are on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
Deliveries occur on business days. Monday through Friday, not weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
Shipping and handling charges are not included in the prices shown for our products.
Online purchases are subject to Clean Green’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Please contact us immediately for assistance if you experience any issues with our products. Do not attempt to return the product without speaking with us first or we may not be able to process your refund.

Lost or damaged shipments

The purpose of this policy is to protect our customers against any loss during shipment. If a purchased product is mailed or shipped and is lost in transit, Clean Green will replace the product after completion of a trace. Subject to availability of product, and if something is no longer available, similar alternative products will be used to replace them, or an account credit issued.
