How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Your package will be generally be delivered in 2-5 business days after it has been shipped. Delivery times are subject to change.
What courier do you use for my package?
We arrange shipping all of our packages through Canada Post. We use the Xpresspost option to ensure quick delivery for our customers.
Have there been any delays due to Covid-19
As we take all the precautions to insure all of the safety measures are implemented at our workplace we had to put in a number of additional procedures in place. After month of delivering our service in this environment we observed no negative impacts on our processing time. However there has been a delay with all of the couriers in the Country due to unprecedented volume of parcels.
How long does it usually take to prepare an order?
Please give our dedicated packaging team at least 48 hours to prepare your order. Depending on the product, certain orders will take longer than 48 hours to be shipped.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Your tracking number will be sent to you through our automated email system as soon as it has been shipped.
Do You deliver outside of Canada?
No we do not deliver outside of Canada. We arrange shipping in every province and territory in Canada. Including Nunavut, North West Territories,P.E.I and N.B.

Where should I send my E-Transfer?
Please send your E-Transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not mention any cannabis-related terms in your E-Transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?
